Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Can anyone obtain a deceased persons Will? The brother and sole survivor other than Mom in Nursing Home has a copy,but want let anyone see. The deceased has a God-daughter and he states the Will has nothing to do with her.

Someone who is a beneficiary of the Will or believes they are a beneficiary

can file a petition with the probate court to have the Will produced.
