Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee
In October of 2009 my brother done a photo shoot for a magazine,and it was published,since then he passed away from cancer, his agent has contacted me to ask for permission to i guess rerun the ad.My question is do I have any rights or say in this matter

Really it's hard to tell if you have the authority to grant permission. Are you the personal representative of his estate? If yes, then you likely do. If not, then are you the sole heir? If yes, then you likely do not until and unless the asset (his rights to publication) are distributed to you as part of the liquidation of his estate.
