Power of attorney rights

Power of attorney: is there any law stateing which relitive should be chosen.

Sister who is sole heir named in will.

Daughter who has not had contact with father in 25+ years.

And if Power of attorney is granted to sister in state of Tennesee could it be revoced in state of Pa.

The subject has been deemed incompotent and must be moved to a nurseing home in Pa to be near relatives to care for him.

Re: Power of attorney rights

A power of attorney can be give to anyone. Relatives

do not have any precedence. The power of attorney can

be revoked anywhere as long as the grantor is still

mentally competent to execute a document of revocation.
