what if i do not put my mothers property in probate after death, do not have money to file

Under TN law the property passes outside of probate, subject to the claims of creditors. You may have to probate her estate when you start to sell it in order to get a clear title. You still own it and need to pay the property taxes on it. (provided you are the only child, no spouse, and no will with a contrary disposition).
