reading moyhers will

am i allowed to see my moms will she is in nursing home and her son is power of attorney. he says she changeed the will and gave him the house, and when she dies ,her estate is to be divided equaly but he has already given her stuff away without my consent and given to other members of family. what can i do.

You need to get in and see a lawyer. The power of attonrey may only be valid if your mother is not able to act for herself or it may not be valid if she is not able to act for herself....it all depends on how it is written.
