sharing inheritance with siblings with no will

Does the sibling that has the power of attorney have to share the rest of the bank account with other siblings.The deceased name and one sibling that has the power of attorney are the only names on the account,also there is no will.

Bank accounts generally are not part of the decedent's estate. Usually, someone is named on the account or receieves the funds as a Pay On Death recipient. If I am understanding your facts, a sibling is named on the account. In this instance, only the person whose name appears on the account with the decedent is entitled to the proceeds of the bank account.
