Taking too long on estate

My grandfather passed away over a year ago. He left his house to my dad, aunt, and uncle. Basically the house has been sitting, vacant for over a year. When my grandfather passed my aunt wanted to buy out my dad and uncle. She has yet to make a move. When it is brought up she quickly changes the subject. My uncle won't get involved at all. She refuses to do anything regarding the home and my dad needs the buy out money desperately. She is against selling the house so it looks like the house will sit vancant until it rots to the ground. My question is: does my dad have any legal action he can take? Can he force my aunt to either buy them out now or list the house to sell? Or is my dad just stuck?

Your dad can take legal action to force a sale on the home due to your aunt's inaction. Her refusal to do anything is causing the home to diminish in value. You can contact me to discuss your options.
