Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

My Uncle passed after my aunt. Both left instructions on how to distribute their trusts. My Uncle was under the impression that the instructions of distribution of my aunt's trust was ended on her death and then he controlled the distribution of both trusts. He left monies to some charities thinking that would be the full amount given to them. Now they both have given an amount to the charities and the family knows that he would not have given any more money to these charities in his instructions had he known they would get the money from both trusts. Is there anything we can do to contest the distribution of our Aunt's trust as our Uncle made provisions for the charities in his trust also thinking that this would be the only monies the charities would receive because he was the last to die.

Trusts can be contested just like Wills can if the Trustee is not properly performing

his or her duties as Trustee.
