my father made a will with me and my brother as excutors on June '06, After our mom had passed away. He now has re-married on Jan. '07. How has this affected the old will?

It depends on whether TN law addresses the issue and whether the will states that it is made in contemplation of an event which revokes the will and shall not be revoked by such event. Best advice: have a TN attorney review the will.
