Situation: My aunt passed away recently with no will. She has 1 living daugher and 1 grandson whom his dad dyed early in life. Due that no will was done/ does the grandson have any rights to an inheritance or does my cousin receive all property and money in the account?

If the grandson's father is the son of aunt then the grandson would take a percentage of the estate.
