I was wanting to know how i could find out if i was in my uncles will. He passes away about 3or4 years ago. My mother said he was suppose to live me some money. I don't know how to find his will to see if I am in it. Would you please give me some addvice. Thanks

Contact the Clerk & Masters office in th county where your resided and ask if an estate has been open for him. If not ask other close relatives of the uncle to see if someone in the familoy has found a will. If there is assets in the estate and a will has not been offered to the court you or any heir at law can petition the court to appoitned as administrator of the estate.n i can help with this.
