How to calculate the settlement

I have bi-lateral carpal tunnel. The left hand is 8% the right is 3%. The insurance has offered a vocational disability of 13.5% and 36%. My rate is $618. What settlement offer would be reasonable?

among other factors it depends on your age, education, job skills and whether you returned to your pre-injury employer.
