ruptured disc l5 si i 89 wc settled 4 yrs later moved to tenessee after that work for freight co since i mobved here 9 yrs ago fell at work broke wrist ruptured l4 l5 disc had surgery still out on comp still alot of pain am i entitled to settlement on this back injury i dont have a lawyer

Generally, if you have surgery from an injury, you will also have an impairment rating. To determine your rights to a settlement, I would want to review the medical records with you and determine the extent of the new injury as compared to the old 89 injury, however it appears you may well be entitled to a new settlement from this current injury.
