Legal Question in Workers Comp in Tennessee
settlement
My settlement will be small but would like to know about how much to expect. I have 3% lose of right hand with a permanent 10lb limit. Could you please tell me how much it might be?

Dear Injured Worker,
The settlement value of your case is dependent not only on the impairment rating itself, but also the benefit rate or your average weekly wage (aww), in addition I would have to know your current work status.
Also of importance, is to make sure that you have been fairly rated under the AMA Guidelines.
