Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support

My son's Father owes over $6000.00 in back support. I have already gone through the attorney general and have support set up. The father doesn't pay any support! How can I get him to pay?

Re: Child Support

There are lengthy procedures and some very effective legal procedures to apply. Does the father have a job where his wages can be garnished? Does he have any fear of jail? If you want me to help you on this call 1-888-243-0560. My fee would be 40% plus costs and expenses for anything we collect.

Re: Child Support

The cheapest and most effective way to resolve your child support issue is to file felony non-support charges against your ex-husband. The way to go about doing this is through the district attoney's office in your county. If they refuse to take your case call Landon Northcutt at 254-968-5400.

Re: Child Support

There are many ways to motivate your ex to pay support. You should file a motion to enforce that may land him in jail till he pays or puts him on a payment plan and if he defaults, he ends up in jail. You can also move to have any license the state of Texas issued revoked. This would include drivers license, hunting license, carry license or any occupational license. This will get his attention. Give me a call if you have any further questions. There is no reason why this deadbeat should not pay.
