Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
A good idea?
My mother-in-law has $12K in credit card debt. She is 57 yrs. old, earns $250/wk. take home pay, owns a car that is paid in full, and rents an apartment w/her son that she pays $297.50 per month for. Is bankruptcy a good idea for her situation to eliminate her debt?
Thank you for your time and attention.
