Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is it illegal to sell YOUR own RX's?

I know that it is illegal to possess a controlled substance that is not prescribed to you, but can you sell your own pain medicine?

I am NOT a licensed attorney in Texas, but this information is readily available at any Police Station or Prosecutor''s Office as well as general public knowledge. Therefore, your answer is YES, IT IS VERY ILLEGAL TO SELL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY LICENSED TO DO SO, INCLUDING YOUR OWN MEDS. THEREFORE, NO, YOU MAY NOT SELL YOUR OWN PAIN MEDS.

Absolutely. You are not a licensed physician and you have not made a medical diagnosis that the receiver needs it, nor so you own a properly licensed and regulated pharmacy and they have not presented you with a legitimate prescription. You are committing the crime of delivery of a controlled substance.
