Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Operating Agreement
How much does a contracted attorney charge to draw up an operating agreement cost for a Texas Single Members Limited Liability Company? Can you recommend anyone in the Houston area? Thanks so much!

Re: Operating Agreement
It generally costs between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on the level of complexity and what type of busines you operate.
It pays to have someone with a fair amount of operational and tax-related experience, as the issues can be complex, particularly regarding the new Texas Margin Tax.
Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
