Can i recorde my neighbor threatning my life, i allready have video but will audio be legal?I live in texas

Yes, as long as at least one person being recorded (you) knows that the recording is being made then it is legal to make the recording. I suggest making sure that your voice is on the recording so that the neighbor cannot claim it was made illegally. You do not have to inform him that the recording is being made.
