Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Type your question here...an alleged victim was 9 nine years old and accused uncle of molesting him. uncle was sentence 23 years and was sent to prison. 10 and half years have pass alleged victim is 20 years old and wants to confess that his mother made him say his uncle molested him. who does alleged victim go to totell the truth. what will happen to all involved

The uncle should hire an attorney to file an Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus.
He should make sure the attorney has the experience and qualifications to handle such a matter, as there are limits to how many times this can be done.
