Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My x is wanting me to draw up a rule 11 and she will sign it concerning changing visitation schedule with my children. is this legal

Is there a pending case? If so, then this might be OK, but it is better to get the judge to change the temporary orders.

If there is no pending case, then there is no case in which to file a Rule 11. To modify possession, one of you needs to file a motion to modify.
