Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
My boyfriend just got a divorce and we now want to get married but in the state of Wisconsin, the state he was divorced you must wait 6 months. we are both in the military and im wondering how we can get a Waiver of Prohibition Against Remarriage and if its even probably going to happen for us. We live together in Texas.

Texas doesn't have a six-month wait. Go down to the County Clerk and get your marriage license. Congratulations.
