Used car return policy depends on the condition of the vehicle, if it is a lemon or not, if misrepresentation was made or not, if it was purchased as is or not, the type of the seller (individual, roadside seller or a dealership) and the market, auction or not.

Check and ask questions. Seek legal help immediately before it is too late.

Any of the followings are possible:

a)no meeting of the minds, i.e. no contract

b) there were costs, e.g. Title, License, Taxes and insurance, that you did not take into consideration that was added to the finance charges by the seller.

c)You missed some payments

d) Someone is taking advantage of you.
