Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
My daughter takes gymnastics classes. She broke her leg last week (at home) and has a cast. The gym's secretary called me and told me that that my daughter can't come back to class untill her doctor gives a note releasing her. She said that there were liability issues with the insurance. I really wanted her to stay in gymnastics so she could keep her upper body strength. There are still lots of things, like the bars, she can still do. Is this true or are they just telling me thins so they dont have to deal with her.
Thanks,
Kayla

Have you tried to get a doctor's note saying that she is okay to do upper body stuff?
