Disability in Colledge
I have registered at a local university as a disabled student but my school refuses to provide the accommodations for disabled students. I presented the teachers with a written request from the obusman prior to class but for three semesters the school still will not actually provide what is agreed to in writing. I am not being antaganistic, the school promises one thing but then refuses to provide them. I have a copy of a written letter from the school stating that this is the standard reaction for all disabled student not just me.

Ok, different facts, different answer!
If that is their standard response, they're begging for a lawsuit.
Hire local counsel, get the disabled students together and agree to file as a class and go get them.
