Discrimination

Can a company tell you have to find another job because you can't perform one of your reguirements in your job discription because of a disability? I thought they have to accomadate the person with thwe disability.

It depends. If your company has 15 or more employees, a reasonable effort has to be made to accomodate your disability, in other words to make it possible for you to do your job as long as doing so is not too costly or potentially unsafe for you or others. For example, make sure you have a hearing aid if you do not hear well. If you cannot do your job, however, the company does not need to keep you in that position.
