Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
I am out on FMLA due to a chronic condition...my employer mailed me a job description with the added line that says, "Regular attendance is an essential job function" under requirements. I had to go out once before earlier in the year for two weeks and was told that I had put them in a bind and my boss wanted to know, If I was going to be sick again and if my Dr. was going to take me off work again? I feel as if I am being discriminated against because of my disability. If this something that I should see an attorney about?

Yes, you should definitely talk to a lawyer. It sounds like your supervisor is trying to set up either firing you or pressure you to quit.
