Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
What can I do if the hanicapped man living below my apartment is smoking/doing drugs and the smoke and smell is coming up and is make me sick and the apartment manager can not do nothing about it because he is disabled?

Actually, the apartment manager CAN do something about it.
The next time you smell the dope, call the police.
