Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas

hiring discrimination

i am a wheelchair bound person. I am also a cerified teacher in Texas. I have worked for one school district as a substiotuite teachjer for 2 and 1/2 years. During this time I have worked as a long term sub and as a teacher during summer sessions. Meanwhile, this school district and others i have appled to have continued to hire people that are not certified in the state of texas for positions that i am qualified to teach. what is my legal recourse?

Consult with an employment attorney to consider filing a charge of discrimination with the EEOC for failure to hire based on perceived disability.
