Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
Our Homeowner's Association has sent me numerous "violation notices" in reference to power-washing my driveway .. I have done so, but continue to get notices stating it wasn't "clean enough" ... I feel I am being discriminated against since many driveways in my neighborhood are in the same/worse shape...is there any legal recourse?

You don't say why you think you are being selected for more stringent enforcement. That is a key issue in any discrimination claim. It may be that your driveway is more visible or the enforcement agent for the HOA just doesn't like something about your property. It may not be discrimination on an unlawful basis (e.g. disability, race). I'd suggest contacting the HOA's office and see if you can understand what exactly they are asking you to do that you haven't already and why you are being singled out for greater enforcement than your neighbors.
I feel your pain about the selective enforcement. My neighborhood's HOA will nitpick over very minor details on those houses that are generally well kept but seem not to do anything about the houses that are unkempt.
