Legal Question in Disability Law in Texas
My son is active duty Marine Corps, was stationed in afghanistan. He had to have emergency surgery and was then sent back to California. After he was there he found out that the military said they overpaid him and too all the money out of his bank account and saveings account leaving him .73 cents. Can they do that with out telling him and just leaving him so little to little in the accounts

Yes. I once received an Army paycheck for seven cents.
