Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
Cosigner Death
My brother in law passed away and was primary on his loan for his motorcycle. The cosignor was a friends mother. His mother is trying to keep the bike for herself. What happens to the motorcycle? Does the cosigner atomatically get the bike?
