Employer stealing money from savings account

My friend recently quit working for a Franchise in Arlington, TX after she had to give them her bank account information twice and ended up never being paid for the hours she worked. In addition to that, they asked for her savings account # and today $150 was missing from it and someone purchased an online video game. Please let me know if there is anything my friend can do to recoup her loses. She is only 17, by the way, and it seems that she was totally taken advantage of in this situation.

She needs to have her savings account number changed by the bank and report the theft to the bank and the police and lay out the facts. The money can be traced.
