Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
I Pre-Payed to have a casket shiped San Antonio to Leland MS (EMPTY)
6 Miles before delivery SAIA Motor Freight said I had a passed due
balance on another shipment.They did not deliver the casket for the
viewing.They picked the casket and got payed for delivery knowing they
were not going to deliver it.

Wow. That really really makes me mad too! You should have immediately filed a lawsuit and got a Court Order requiring them to deliver the casket ASAP without delay, then gone after your damages and attorneys fees. How did you handle it? Did you have to purchase another more expensive casket at the last moment? The reason I'm asking is to get some idea what your out of pocket damages might be. I think I know what you emotional/mental anguish issues were! If the documents are in order, I might be willing to take your potential lawsuit against the delivery company on contingency fee, with you just paying the Court filing fees. I might add however that sometimes on common carrier transportation companies, their potential damages are limited by a Federal tariff agreement taking away some of your potential legal claims or recoveries.
