Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
privacy laws
I was quitting my job and I was on my last two weeks there, when I left my briefcase one evening in the office and one of my bosses took it and made copies of everything. What can I do about my privacy in this situation?

Re: privacy laws
You do have a reasonable expectation of privacy regarding your briefcase, but your employer has rights to protect company information also. If this is serious enough to spend money one and possibly litigate, I can research it for you and let you know where you stand. But otherwise you might be better off looking towards the future.
