Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
Signature forgery
I had a 1 year warranty on my new home and put in a request for some work. The contractor never showed up and forged my signature saying the work was completed. Is there any legal action I should take?

Re: Signature forgery
Report them to the police and licensing board and TX OAG for forgery. You can possibly sue for the cost of having work done. Proving you didn't sign might be challenging. Feel free to contact me or our Austin member firm. NanceGroup.com
