Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
Today, somebody I know was almost arrested on a warrant because she was unaware that the county had billed her for arresting her and taking her to jail in 2007. It is now 2013. What is the precedent and is this legal considering she was never notified of being billed?

She was told at the time of the case that she owed court costs. If she did not pay them, then she would sit them out in custody.
