Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Texas

Yes my 11year old daughter was blackmailed to take nude pictures by another minor my daughter is 11 years old I've never been in trouble received a call from Burnet Sheriff's Department thing that all charges have been dropped and all evidence has been destroyed this happened a year ago I received a call from a probation officer for my minor child old if I didn't sign papers she would be taken to juvenile detention center I believe she's learned her lesson from this they are trying to give our 6 months probation and telling her how to sit
