Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Texas
i was convicted of a felony and got probation and part of the probation was to pay restitution. my question is Can I appeal the restitution amount?

You had to give notice of appeal within 30 days. And, if you agreed to the restitution amount (which you probably did since you entered a plea bargain), then you will not be heard to complain about your agreement.
