Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Texas
divorce appeals (TEXAS)
I sent my bref to the appeals court, the ex- was to have his bref in 30 days after me, he didnt he asked for a extenion and got it. Now 30 days later hes asking for another extenion, and ask for that on the day his bref was due. How many extenions can 1 be given & how long can the appeals court take to make the ruleing on if you will get a new trial?
