i have a sex case that i was charged with double jeopardy but i didnt know it was double jeopardy until my appeal

What is your question? Did you win on appeal? If so, then the case is over and cannot be prosecuted. If not, then the courts must disagree that it was double jeopardy (or they found that error was not preserved, which would mean that you would need to proceed with an application for writ of habeas corpus.)
