Legal Question in Banking Law in Texas
Bank loans
If I am late on a loan payment - Can the banker withdraw money from my checking account to pay the note even after I specifically told him that I will take care of the payment in a few days? Is this considered stealing??

Re: Bank loans
Based on the facts that you have provided, it is somewhat difficult to answser your question. You need to look at the loan agreement and see if there are any provisions which will allow the bank to withdraw late payments. If my firm can assist you with this or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal (Stephanie) at [email protected]
