Legal Question in Banking Law in Texas
I owe less then 1,000 at Randolph Brooks Bank in Tx. I don't have a job yet and I wanna know whats going to happen to me. Will I go to jail,Will I get sued.

In Texas, you can't be jailed for a debt (unless it's a debt for child support). It would violate the Texas Constitution.
It isn't likely that they'll sue you for less than $1000.
