Legal Question in Banking Law in Texas
I receieved a check for $5200 and cashed it from a job I had now they're saying they paid me to much and want me to pay back the differece when the check had been seen and signed by the owner what can they do??

They can sue you for the money, claiming that it was a mistake that they gave it to you.
