Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 which was bought in 2009 and unfortunately because of a Nasty divorce I had to file CH13 Bankruptcy.
The truck was surrendered and here it is 2012 and although they were contacted numerous times by my Attorney and even myself the Truck is still in my possesion and they have not called much less driven from Fort Worth where Santander USA is that financed the truck nor even called someone pick it up. Its been 3 years since my last payment. Is it possible since it has been so long to get a New Title for it since obviuosly they have written it off or forgotten about it. 3 Years....???
