Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
additional copy of discharge
I went through a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that was discharged last year.
How would I go about getting an additional copy of my discharge from the court?

Re: additional copy of discharge
1) contact the lawyer who filed your case. 2) contact the clerk of the bankruptcy court where you filed your case (there will be a fee).

Your discharge is a public record and can be obtained by going to the clerk's office of the bankruptcy court in which you filed.
