Can I keep my automobile
How do I know if I can keep my car? Is it determined by how much is still owed?

In Texas when you file you can always keep your car. You have the option to keep your car by just continuing to make the monthly payments. Or, you can enter in to a special agreement called a "reaffirmation agreement" pledging to repay the car loan (maybe you can get the interest lowered).
