Babnkruptcy against the IRS
Can I file bankruptcy against the IRS in chapter 7 by doing this myself without an attorney? I did contact an attorney and it will cost me 2500. by using her. I would like to file this myself if possible.

While you have a right to file bankruptcy on your own, it would be unwise. The bankruptcy code was changed extensively in 2005. Many lawyers stopped practicing bankruptcy law for that reason.
If the IRS is you only concern perhaps you should contact an attorney, explain your situation, and ask if it would be possible to get debts owed to the IRS discharged.
The IRS has special status under bankruptcy law and it may not be possible to obtain a discharge.
