if i am in chater 13 bankruptcy an win a naw suit settelment do i have to pay money from settelment to my bankruptcy.

It depends on whether the events that gave rise to the lawsuit ocurred before or after you filed. If it happened before you filed, your claim may be an asset of the estate.
You need to discuss this with your bankruptcy attorney.
In any event, make sure you are current on you plan payments.
