My owns a business which is in very bad shape if she file bankruptcy the company is a Corporation will it go against her personaly

If a corporate officer co-signed, or guarantees any of the company's debts, it is likely that the company filing bankruptcy will negatively affect her credit, the creditors may also attempt collecting against her for the debt not paid by the corporation.
